山西省泽州县人，本科学历，美术师，中员，九三学社社员，供职于泽州县文化局。现为中国硬笔书法协会协会员、九三学社山西书画院书法家，山西省书法家协会会员，山西省青年书法家协会会员，山西省硬笔书法协会常务理事，晋城市硬笔书法协会主席，晋城市职工书画家协会副会长，晋城市书法家协會副秘書長。
赵俊峰的作品多次在省级以上展出并获奖。他完成了个人电脑字体库--“赵俊峰钢笔行写”，并发表在《筆陣圖》（山西省書協會會刊）等報刊上。他曾任主編、編輯印發《晉城首屆鋼筆書寫作品集》。他編撰了《晉城書寫二十年》，由北岳文藝出版社出版。在2011年，被中國硬筆書畫協會、《中國鋼筆書寫》雜誌等單位評為“全國雙百優秀書寫家”。2017年，被中國硬筆書畫協會授予“2016年度先進個體”榮譽稱號，被山西省硬筆書畫協會授予“普及教育先進工作者”榮譽稱號。
他的清新質朴醇厚典雅的風格，在韓清波眼中如同觀賞一幅精湛繪畫，他對於赵俊峰的评价是：“俊峰是晉城青年書壇的一顆新星。” Zhao Junsong's works have been exhibited and awarded at the provincial level. He completed his personal computer font library -- "Zhao Junsong Steel Pen Calligraphy" and published in various magazines. He was once the editor-in-chief and editor of "The First Exhibition of Steel Pen Calligraphy Works in Jin City". He compiled "Twenty Years of Jin City Calligraphy", published by North Yue Wenyi Press.
In 2011, he was evaluated as a national excellent calligrapher by the Chinese Association of Brush Writing and Painting, China Steel Pen Calligraphy Magazine, etc. In 2017, he was awarded the title of Advanced Individual in 2016 by the Chinese Association of Brush Writing and Painting, and the title of Outstanding Educator in Popularization Work by the Shanxi Province Association of Brush Writing.
His clear-cut style is like observing a masterpiece painting to Korean writer Han Qingbo. His evaluation on Zhao Junsong is: “Junsong is a new star on Jin City’s youth calligraphers stage.”
